    Skirll / Moneybookers sucks! They don't have a support system. If you ask something to their help section, you might get a reply from them in 2 months! Horrible experience I had with them. Paypal is the best but that best option is not available here yet....

    To be very honest, I don't think there is an alternative. In Bangladesh, Paypal is not supported and most of the times we can't buy any product/service from a website which has only paypal payment method enabled.

    Yap. It is good strategy. You should start forum, blog under the same domain. Don't try to create your forum as a subdomain like forum.yourwebsite.com; Google will consider it as a unique domain Try to use yourwebsite.com/forum - more SEO friendly and most effective.
