What is the more credible web hosting service provider between the two?

I have an eHow account and contributions, now upon logging, they are all gone...I have contacted eHow and haven't received any update yet. Its safe to say my contributions were original How Tos...and I dont know why they took it all down

I myself focus only on optimizing my websites for Google results...my guiding principle was -if you rank in Google, you will rank in "others" as well -
but what I notice though, whenever a keyword is ranked high on Google, it doesn't rank well on Yahoo or Bing....and when a keyword ranks high...
atleast 2 weeks after the Panda update, my website rankings dropped in SERPS ( bigtime )....especially the shopping websites....I guess with all Google updates, it all boils down to one thing - content
now i have to add more fresh content to my sites
last time I checked, directories still hold juicy SEO value....just choose the most relevant and with high PRs
I still benefit from local directories - traffic wise
