I wanted to enter into the CPA Marketing!

Hello, I just wanted to know how I can start with CPA marketing with Bing PPC and how I can get approved by CPA giants like Maxbounty or Clickbooth etc. I hope you will help me out. Thank you.

Attention: "role based name" email prefixes such as support, webmaster, info, contact, forum, service, affiliate, admin, traffic, partners, marketing, etc., for our member accounts are not permitted.
