XM - affiliate account problem

Hello,

For about 3 months I am running website about forex brokers. Right now I have problem with one of them – XM.com. Ofcourse I am registered in affiliate program. I gain there some cash and I wanted to withdraw it. I run company and because of tax law in my country I wanted to transfer money to my company account. When I was registering I add all details. As you can see here: XM Partner Program: Affiliate Program Signup There are needed personal information like First name and last name. You cant proceed further if you don’t give that details.

Ofcourse I added this details too, together with Company name and VAT ID.

Right now they don’t want to transfer my funds on company account. When I am asking about changing type of account they want from me such documents:

Certificate of Incorporation

Certificate of Shareholders

Certificate Registered Address

Memorandum and Articles of Association

Certificate of Director

Board Resolution for authorised person

Utility Bill for Authorised Person

Passport for Authorised Person

Utility Bill of Shareholders

Passport of Shareholders


Is it normal? Anyone have in XM affiliate program company account?
