Wifi Traffic in Cellular only campaigns

I'm using voluum and it reports tons of wifi traffic in some campaigns that were targeted just for carrier traffic, with some traffic sources. I'm not talking about a low percentage, but from 20 to up to 70% or more.. After contacting one of this networks today (ADCash) they say on their side their reports show they have only sent carrier traffic..
What should I trust more in your experience, voluum reports or traffic source reports?
What would you do in the same situation?

Personally I would check by click_IPs.
If you can check those, you'd probably see who's wrong in stats.

After a deeper review, I see that The traffic source adcash has not activated the optionn in connection_type, at least in my account, so they're sending me mobile traffic, yes, but most of them are devices connected through wifi, if someone is connected through wifi, the chances of converting with my current offers is much lower..
someone in the same situation?
