Why is Appsflyer blocking my traffic?

Hello everyone, I'm new to this forum and I need some assistance with an issue related to Appsflyer. For confidentiality reasons, I won't mention specific app or account names. The problem I'm encountering is that we're sending approximately 20 million traffic to an app in a particular geographic location through Appsflyer, but the Appsflyer overview is only displaying 2.5 million. Where is the remaining traffic going? Is Appsflyer blocking it? How can I verify this? And most importantly, how can I resolve this issue?

How can I verify this?

change the URL to your server's redirection, count the hits (and other data) and then redirect the traffic to "Appsflyer" compare the differences.

Yes we compared that to find 90% of the hits we are sending are not being recorded in Appsflyer.

Can you get a randomized sample of the IPs that were used in the funnel process of the 'LOST' hits?
You can get the AS and the ISP name with a Maxmind database and script and look to see who they are.

The reason can be that they are ???

Use a tracker to determine if they are actually arriving at AppsFlyer.

What does AppsFlyer say about this?

Maybe there are traffic limits related to your subscription to their services.

If your traffic is deemed "toxic" in some fashion their servers may automatically refuse the traffic.

There is more to the story than you've told us I think
