7 Search rejects Keywords with no clicks the last 3 months, which might be the case with a Keyword list in Swedish or Finish.
So what options do we have to run campaigns in the Scandinavian languages?
(Would like to avoid Google and Bing at the moment.)
What PPC / CPA campaigns platforms are used in Scandinavia?
