Exoclick has minimum 20$ daily. Thats to much for test it at first.

$20 a day is not bad, i would say 30-50 is minimum and i have seen more that says more is needed.

just get into Exoclick and test your offers there .
you will not find your winning campaign in the first time .
you will have to test lot of angles and offers .
don't be afraid to test .
you don't loose any thing you actually buying Data . which is more important

Their minimum deposit is $200. I am not quite sure where you got that info about $2000. For wire transfer their minimum deposit is $500.
