Whats the best Article website where you can place Anchor text links?

Hi all, what website is best to submit articles? I have been looking for a while and have used free-press-release.com however I cannot seem to find a site where you can lay anchor text links on the same page? Can anyone advise? I know this must be the best place to ask as you guys have the knowledge!
