What To Ask Client

I have a client who I have helped generate over 5,500 in sales in the last 5 months.

They are looking to run an Affiliate program and have asked me to help set it up.

What are the questions I should ask them??

I have looked for a list of questions such as what methods of marketing do they want to use, tiered commissions or not, what keywords should be restricted, what will they provide the affiliates etc...

I know a great deal about AM but at the same time I don't know it from the AM management side and want to be sure I nor the client are blind sided 6 or 9 months down the road.
