what is the best way to link you tube videos by category

I have a domain "u Fix .info"

I just want to show how you fix small things

like fix bicycle or fix you kitchen sink etc.

What is the best script out there that I can get an admin and I can just add videos as I find them.

and organize them by category.

Say Bicycle Repair
- Fix a Flat
- Fix the chain

Home
- Fix you kitchen sink
- Fix you garage door etc

I just want to go to admin side and add them as I find them or if some one email me a link etc.
