What do you look for in an affiliate deal?

Currently working for a company that offers a referral program and you get 30% for every new customer subscription for the first 12 months. Cheapest monthly package is £10 and the highest (most popular) is £45.

When signing yourself up for an affiliate deal what do you guys want out of it and what could we offer that you would find more attractive?

Realise that question is a little confusing, apologies. I think I'm just confused myself about what I'm trying to ask. Basically I want to know how I can make our affiliate program more attractive to affiliate marketers.

Money makes the world go round!!!! I want conversions! I want to it be attractive to who ever I send it too! Making them wanting too act and buy!
