What do YOU consider a good CTR?

So list the traffic source and then the CTR you are happy with achieving?

I shoot for more on what type of traffic.... For example:

Adult - 0.40% minimum
PPC - 0.10% minimum
CPM - 0.25% minimum

Others may do it differently, that's just what I shoot for to even know if I should push on the source....
