Nice explanation Irina!

This explains well on how automation really works in solving nowadays business problems. Every business owners need to be ultilizing automation to increase production and ultimate results. Automation also can be one way for them to generate even more sales as well as increasing ROI.

I think the Review Automation and Customer Feedback points will keep on gaining importance in light of the EEAT updates and the weight each line of UGC adds to the domain's overall trustworthiness. So, enticing users to get vocal about their experiences is a must.

I'd also argue that electronic filing system software is essential to help you keep track of things. Being to able to set rules and leverage the automatic routing of new PDFs and files to the correct folder is a huge time-saver. As most e-commerce businesses comprise members in various time zones, a DMS with advanced searching features and editing options is nigh essential in my opinion. Without such a system governing the daily workflows, a business will probably end up losing time on menial tasks.

I think your point on social media optimization is very important! Social media is a gold mine for leads for an e-commerce business. Automating certain actions and replies ensures that a business is able to capture all the leads interested in their product. I think social media automation extending to customer support, to a certain extent, will also be very effective in building a good brand reputation
