I've never heard of a network providing an email list. You have to build your own list. I wouldn't want to use someone else's list unless they are a highly recommended solo ad seller.

I do believe in creating my own email list. First, I will be sure tat the contacts I have are all active and I will avoid the bouncing of emails problems. Avoid buying these list because many of them are doctored just to get your money and they will barely give results. I know it is a bit of work but with good feedback. All the best.
