If you want to start promoting CPA offers and only want to do it through Paid Traffic sources ( Facebook, Bing...) assuming of course that you can afford it, what's the point of having to build a website? Isn't a landing page enough? I can understand a website if you go the free traffic route but what's the point with paid traffic? Can you get accepted with CPA networks if you don't show a full website?
Another question regarding the landing page: you put an opt-in form to collect emails and build a list and then redirect the customer to the CPA offer where he again has to fill a form. Two opt ins don't kill the sale?
