Walmart Affiliate Program - Overdue Amount

Hello,

We are an affiliate for Walmart dot com - We are using Impact dot com - the official affiliate provider for Walmart.

However, for the past 2 months, Walmart has not paid our affiliate account. When contacting Impact, they say we need to reach out to Walmart since Walmart didn't fund their account. We tried emailing affiliates@walmart dot com endlessly but those emails got ignored.

Anyone else run into this issue this month? Anyone else run into this issue this ever?

What to do? Any one have a number to call?

I know a couple of people that used to promote through their affiliate program and both of them quit for the same reasons. Poor communication and terrible affiliate support.

Wow, Walmart is that flaky --surprising that affiliate money is chump change to them

I see a notice (name omitted) --this is Share-a-Sale Network but it's a much smaller enterprise
