After 1 million "events" (what is that, clicks?impressions?) it says it cost $399 month to use Voluum.

Does this 1 million events refresh to zero after one month, or is this cumulative?

But if you don't reach the numbers of the agency plan, it's just better to stay with the pro plan and just pay for over-usage.

By events, they mean visits, clicks and conversions.
