The Assembly Revenue and Taxation Committee met in Sacramento yesterday to discuss AB 2078, the big brother sales tax bill. That should obviously be 'California' purchasers, not Colorado.

In any event, I'm not sure how the morons here in Sacramento think they can force a retailer in another state to make certain disclosures, when the retailer has no presence in California.

Another useless law for the books.
