Understanding Tracking setup once and for all

Can you guy's please help me understand how to set up tracking properly?

What do I need to fiil in there and where do i get it from?
I'm setting up campaigns with startapp, leadbolt, Clicksor, and Adpremium.
do I need do put anything else inside to track conversions? if so so where and where do i get it from?

I'm so sorry for all those newbie questions, but i really need to get going with that, it has been stopping me for too long, hope it will help others also.

You will need to contact support or look at the faqs and find out what all dynamic tokens does the traffic source allow you to pass.
Voluum already has pre-made setting that you can load for some traffic sources.

Go to the fourth tab - Tracking in the Matomy's offer page.
Add a postback url to the network.
It should look like: http://xxxxx.trackvoluum.com/postback?cid=[DP]&payout=[CMN_AMOUNT]
