Twitter Promotion Tools?

Well when it comes to Twitter i post everything "by hand".
Didn't even realize there are tools for this type of promotion.

I usually tweet my content via my AddThis website buttons (you can also get the AddThis toolbar for Firefox).

I know there's something called TweetDeck, though I've never used it. That might be a "tool" of the kind you're talking about...

Manual submission i used and it is safe. Every website try to block these kind of software or submission coming from software....
