Twitter Auto-Follow

What do you all think of auto-following on Twitter? I know it is supposed to help you get more followers, but then I find my tweet list full of junk and I have a difficult time finding the tweets that are actually interesting. Thoughts???

You actually can't do it through Twitter (that I know of) you have to use a third party site like TweetLater

I could be wrong - I feel like that your going to be getting a lot of spammers into your following / follower section.
