I need a topoffers account, applied yesterday but didn't get any email, also tried to contact them via skype but no response, Can anyone help me for this?

Most affiliate networks and their affiliate managers don't work on Saturdays and Sundays.
You should get a reply back on Monday or Tuesday ;-)

I am very sure they sent you at least one email and I know for certain that if you were denied they would send a denial. You may have screwed up the application or something.

I PM'd them to see if there is more to know.
