The ISP was screwed up *headend* <<< their network and spent 10's of millions sending out service techs to subscriber homes when the ISPs equipment was at fault in their network datacenters.
In other news I had a netcard fail -- had a spare -- lost an hour tracking it down to just 1 local workstation
