The thoughts itself make the things clear as water we have to acquire lot of things to be excellent, above all the others.
This is my mantra of living "to be best do different" in every aspect.
So, do you feel your team is not excellent then don't give up, there are many ways by which you can be different from others, but the main purpose is to be best.
