Hope this is the right forum for this question. I use wordpress for pretty much all my sites (very simple, easy to use, plugins for everything you'd ever need). I like to build sites by creating the site locally, then copying over the theme files and the database to my host. Workflow is much faster this way. However, once the site is live, I always post updates directly to the live site. however, it would be easier if I could keep on working with things locally, then just sync the two versions. I'm afraid if I try this, though, that it will interupt my live site and cause problems. Has anyone tried to do this before, and if so, what were their results? I'm curious to see what you all think.
