One from me would be the IMGrind private forums for coaching. Of course they're no CPAFix and they cost $ but may still be worth including.

K, you have pretty much nailed it on the Resources page. There's probably a few blogs that I read that are worth adding, but I'll have to check my RSS reader first, will get back to you on that!
As regards forums - IMGrind would be a good addition as Dru mentioned above, but SixMonthsFromToday is an up and coming private (paid) forum. I was a member for a couple of months, there is some cracking info in there and access to some good training resources. It's run by Chad Hamzeh (paid traffic specialist) and I reckon it's worth including, especially considering the other paid forums are listed.

I second these two suggestions. I had a look through my RSS reader and those 2 were the ones that jumped out at me. The IM Grind blog pushes out some excellent content regularly and should probably earn a place in the blogs section, definitely.

Dont know if this is appropriate here but is there any network that would provide a login
page or some way of providing stats to a certain campaign for a person outside of the network
to view in some way this webmaster is getting some really great traffic his method of monetizing
his space isnt bringing him the kind of revenue it could bring both of us I will give him half revenue
but I dont want him in my account any way around this
