Do agree with you. You have a great potential and strong never in order to do pay per call affiliate program. First you have to find out a suitable niche which is effective for PPCall. Then you have arrange a decent amount of money to promote it. For a newbie, it's really hard because they don't want to spend money a lot and want to earn money a lot.
I think there are plenty of marketers have success from pay per call affiliate program. If you contact to the @ringpartner then I am sure they will give you a stats with some case study too.
I have success with Pay Per Call and I admit it's not cheap to get it profitable. There are free ways to promote Pay Per Call offers, but they take weeks or months for results to come and the volume is very low. The best promotional methods are paid and this is reasonable - you have to invest money if you want to make money.
