Some help with contact form please

I get a lot of spam recently and I think is from my contact page... how do I encode my email address so that It won't be picked up by spam bots?

1. Post it as an image instead of text.

2. Instead of typing in your actual email address, use the ASCII character numbers - there are several free converters to do this for you, e.g., Convert text to ASCII - Get Your Website Here!

I already found www.formsway.com , so I placed a contact form instead... My email address is not visible anywhere now, so zero spam

Make sure you have Captcha or ReCaptcha on the contact form or it will still be a spam magnet, like guestbooks.

I just wondered if your using a wordpress then thier are many available plugins from thier resource.
