Please review my site for SEO, user-friendliness, and aesthetics. It is a site i have designed my self.

Do you feel the grunge design adds or distracts from the content?

Friend I like the design of the layout but I don't like its Navigation system, nothing is clearly visible. I mean to say your navigation are mixed up with your background of the website so its very hard to identify your website navigation, otherwise everything looks good.
