Anyone skilled with an imaging editing software can accomplish this, but Tyou is trying to give everyone a turn key solution I think.

does this type of pages get approved in adwords..actualy mine is cpa offer bt related to some event .. it must be eshopping type pageanyone give me any idea which type i should made so that i can run adwords ads also

for adwords i do recommend you spy on your competitors first .
this type of landing page will not be approved in adwords .
read there policy AdWords policies - Advertising Policies Help
in your place i will never promote a CPA offer in google adwords unless the service in mine .
i suggest you try Fb or other search engines like bing .. etc
