Setting up MGID with CPVLab (need advice)

Hi,
I have recently signed up with MGID and their business development guy manage to convince me to set a budget to have an account manager and they run an optimal test.

I have a CPA network and my tracking system is CPVLab. MGID requires me to place a postback URL from MGID traffic source into CPV Lab to be called/fired when a conversion occurs?

She requires me to implement the below link in my system, so such that when there's a conversion,CPVLab will send them (MGID) data, about sources, ads from where it came.
http://a.mgid.com/postback?c={click_id}&e=lead

I have emailed CPVLab but they are yet to reply me and I wish to setup this campaign asap, anybody has this experience and able to advise me?

At the moment, what I do is say I have an offer URL from CPA network
http://XXXcpaNetwork.com/rd/r.php?sid=12345&pub=123456&c1=&c2=&c3=

When I setup a campaign in CPVLab, I would put the below in my URL column
http://XXXcpaNetwork.com/rd/r.php?sid=12345&pub=123456&c1=

My postback to the CPAnetwork will be
http://www.mydomain.com/adclick.php?subid=xxc1xx

So with the inclusion of MGID, what should be added/modified?

Why must add tracking code there i not understand, you track camp via your tool anyway.
