Setting up Google Analytics?

Hi all,

The affiliate network I use (Avangate) allows custom tracking code to be added to the last page of the ordering process.

I'd like my Google Analytics to track this part of the process.

I'm not familiar with writing my own javascript code and up till now, i've just been tracking the basic website, and not any external ordering processes. (i'm new to affiliate marketing and haven't sold anything yet).

Can anyone point me in the right direction on where I can obtain the js code, and where I should be implementing it (eg. Do I get the code from Google Anaylitics somewhere and then place it in the custom tracking section of the Avangate order template?

I'm just really new to all this. Any help would be appreciated.

Google Analytics give you unique code to copy-and-paste into your webpages.

Thanks for that.. I wasn't sure if that's all it was after becuase it talked about custom code. I've now pasted in the Google Analytics code into it.
