I manage our company's in-house affiliate program and am looking for feedback from other experienced affiliate program managers who have had success within activation, growth and scaling. We just launched our program in July and are looking for ways to activate our current affiliates to drive more revenue for the program. Would appreciate any advice/feedback on the questions below:

- What are some pros and cons of the program structure you have so far?
- Do you use any tiered commission/rewards structures? If so, do you feel like that motivates your affiliates to sell more?
- Do you guys use an affiliate agency to manage your program?
- Any general tips on affiliate activation?
