Hey Guys I've seen a lot of you guys proposing the paid traffic way, but how do you raise the budget to scale the method into paid. Please help a newbie

Thanks for your queries. Its a choice. If you have money and can spend it then paid choice is the best option for getting targeting traffic without relying on organic traffic which takes month to receive. If you are short on money then free traffic is your best option. But you have to do loads of hard work which can be tedious and boring. How people acquire the money is a different question. Everybody has been working on something previously for a steady income. So they have some budget for their paid campaigns. It completely varies from person to person. So hard to tell a exact way how they acquire.

Make sure to have money to spend and a good source of it so that you can keep throwing money at it. And you don't need to lose 1k but make sure you have the budget.
