Reasons Why Google is #1

Hi All,

Ok so I thought I would do some of my own research on a brand new website and submitting it through the add url link on google, submit site on yahoo and submit to live search. Worth pointing out that these were the only submissions (direct to submit pages) no links created and a brand new website.

So the site was submitted on the 15th July 2008 to all the SE's so to date here is the result.

MSN No site indexed
Yahoo No Site indexed

Google Site indexed, launched to page 7 for main keyword, #1 for other keywords all in 2 weeks of a manual submission.

Of course we await to see if it gets 'sandboxed'.

But in my opinion this is just another thing that makes google the #1 search engine. Whilst the others are dinasours in comparison.

I completely agree with you, Google's popularity is merited, they are just mile ahead of the competition.

Google is #1 in English, how about other language, like Chinese, Japanese

yup I agree Google shows his best that's why Live and Yahoo! are really alarmed and affected by this financially and popularity
