What percentage of standard banner/web affiliates also take part in Pay per call affiliate marketing.

I thought there might be some stats online but I didn't find any that specified the percentage of marketers doing PPCall. I only looked for a few minutes, using a few different search terms, so I might have missed some.

Somebody else may know where to find that information.
