How important is a privacy policy/disclaimer/agreement, etc to my site. I was reading that Google likes it because it makes your site appear more trustworthy.

Should I have one?

Yes it is important and yes you should have one.

Where do I get one?

You create it yourself, but you can google "privacy policy" or "privacy statement" to get ideas as a template.
