PPV Network for Tech Support

Hello Everyone,
I am into tech support business. I am looking for pop up traffic for my website. The problem is that none of the networks have accepted to work with me. I have pinged almost each and evey network out there but they keep on Declining.

Any help regarding the network which allows Tech Support to run there ads.

Any kind of help or suggestions will be appreciated.

If you have low traffic in your web site/s then non of network interest to work with you. What you needed to do contact directly to any ad network then explain your traffic method. I hope they will approve your nomination. If you failed you can also do CPA marketing or affiliate marketing by showing banners in your website/s. Remember traffic is gold.
