Partial CDN vs Full CDN

Say I have a VPS in Germany, and I want to promote a mobile offer in Asia, what would be faster? CDN all static files i.e javascript, css, etc or CDN everything? meaning my url that I input in my tracking would be the CDN url?

Simple answer? Full.

Complex answer? It depends due to latency. Are you using HTTP or HTTPS. Are you using domain sharding for HTTP 1.1? If using HTTP2 , I'd rather setup up a cheap $5 VPS in the area I'm targeting instead as I can beat most CDNs.

Definitely use a CDN! I use a VPS in the U.S. for my North American offers, but I am getting a CDN to start promoting in other countries. CDN's are fast and when you have a lot of traffic they distribute the traffic to where it will be best served by the CDN.
