Parking web site for sale.

I have been very busy on a UK parking website which uses google maps to show the current avaible parking spaces as well as the football stadiums and airports.
Not all the football stadiums or airports are listed but they are easy to add.
The web site is complete but would probably need a admin control panel to finish it off.
I am currently selling this site as i have no time in it as i have several projects to do.
What i am selling is the design, code, database, domain name, if you want to carry it on the same host then you will have to pay for that seperate.

Well at the moment there is no traffic or revenue stats, but i am sure it would make money if you were to put some money into it.

I don't understand why it is necessary. Having lived near the Reebok stadium most people just park on the streets around the stadium ignoring any police signs. Although saying that the Reebok is not an inner city stadium.
