What do you guys think of PR? Last year - I heard that G didn't care that much about giving out PRs like they did in the past:

I can see all the various issues as far as SEO benefit, but for me as an advertising company PR does still matter. I think potential advertisers do look at PR and merchants look at an affiliates site's PR too. So aside from any SEO benefit I think many in the online marketing industry look at PR as an indication of how good or popular a site is.

FYI my PR on the Blog and Main site (not the forum) just went from a 4 to a 5. A very long overdo and welcome PR update for me! Yay me!

Well, i am not a PR fan... rather i check approx number of backlinks a particular website have
and also try to get traffic stats for website if am planning link exchange

What do you mean? What does PageRank have to do with "keyword ranking"? And what IS "keyword ranking"?

I also thing PR does not matter i have notices a lot more lower PR sites are getting better ranking then the higher PR sites because of the content that the lower PR has on there site
