Mine community have very less members! I need lakhs of community. so guys give me your expertise suggestion of growing members!

I am ready to pay, if someone brings member to it!

just start many schemes, and post it at DP;
you will get ton of members;

There is no way that you can pay and bring members, the easiest way is to impress the other community members by spreading your content or the conversations going in your communities. Spread the words in other communities.
