Hi java,
We have looked into integrating with bevomedia - but at this time we are not ready to do this & also many of our offers would not be able to be posted on the platform as the advertisers do not want the offers promoted this way. While bevomedia provides great service - the cost of their advertising is rather high - we would have to be getting 150 Quality publishers per month to justify the cost of their advertising. We have tried advertising on other platforms & the costs of advertising this way does not seem to be effective. We prefer word of mouth & SEO, as this delivers better results for us.

We run all sale offers thru maxmind - so that users who have previously caused reversals on sale offers will not impact your site.
We diligently work to keep issues from becoming catastrophic, so that working relationships can be maintained.
We are the original NO scrub, NO reverse, NO minimum network.
Scrubbing is where advertisers are not making enough profit off your leads & so they decide to NOT credit a certain percentage to compensate for the target profit they want to make from you. Scrub is a feature that is built into cake platforms. Internal scrub rates was the reason for leadcola going out of business, as an employee exposed the network for this unethical practice. (not to mention it is stealing, so technically should be illegal). We started our promotion of this & many other networks soon followed.
Reversing is where leads are not paid due to lead quality issues. We will pay for ALL VALID leads. If it credits, & is valid, then you will be paid. We do require all sale offers to be locked for at least 14 days to ensure lead quality. The only reasons that we allow advertisers to deem leads invalid are invalid contact info, invalid/stolen credit card info, early cancel (per offer tos), and duplication.
We are a NO Minimum payment network. we do have certain payment options that have minimum payments to be able to use that payment option, but with the variety of payment options we have this should not be an issue. So if you are pushing our offers - you will be paid every month!
We have performance based payment options.
We reward our publishers for their loyalty & the more you earn with us, the quicker you will be paid by us. it is as simple as that!
We have a Loyalty Program
We reward our publishers for their loyalty. Starting June 1, 2013 for every $1 you earn with us, you will get 10 X10 store points that can be redeemed for prizes or gift-cards.
We give away advertising on our exclusives.
We are the only network we have seen that will reward our loyal publishers with free advertising in our exclusives. Just earn $250 in a month to qualify for the contest.

Requirements:

We will purchase a .com domain ( your choice of available domains).
We will Host & Maintain your Geo Redirection Script for you.
Our Free Geo Redirect Script comes preloaded with offers from your Operation Offers publisher account.
You can decide on what types of offers you want preloaded onto your geo redirect script based on the categories already in the Operation Offers publisher account.
We can create different redirection scripts for you that will filter the categories for you further.
Example: one just for auto insurance, one for life insurance, one for health insurance, one for payday loans, one for hosting, etc.
Decide on if you want to send incent traffic or non incent traffic to the script.
( if you incent the users to complete the offers on the page, it is incent).
Decide on which offer categories to exclude.
See all clicks & conversions from your publisher account for all traffic you send to the offers. (In real time)
We will allow you to use the domain for a Wordpress Blog to also promote Operation Offers Campaigns.
User must be sending traffic (at least 1000 clicks per month) to the site after the first month.
If using the FREE Wordpress blog, we require you to add a small 125x125 banner code to your blog. (or we can do a banner code of 478x60)
Code for the 125x125 banner will have your publisher offers from your account preloaded into this.
You can decide on what types of offers you want preloaded onto your banner rotator based on the categories already in the Operation Offers publisher account.
We can create different banner rotators for you that will filter the categories for you further.

Publisher abandons all rights to the site if publisher stops sending at least 1000 clicks to the site in a 30 day period of time.
Publisher can not use the FREE wordpress blog to promote any illegal, pirated, or adult content. Content must abide by Operation Offers TOS concerning sites that operation offers accepts into our network.

Earn $50 in a given month - get a Free 3 day CPC Ad ($5 Value)
Earn $100 in a given month - increase the 3 days to 7 days ($10 value)
Earn $250 in a given month - increase from 7 days to 14 days ($25 value)
Earn $500 or more in a given month - increase from 14 days to 30 days ($50 value)
Publisher must contact their account manager to give them the link they want advertised. There is a limit of One CPC Ad per publisher/person/company per month. (If you have more than one account, you can still only get one free ad). Publishers have until the end of the following month to contact the account manager with the link they want advertised. Free advertising can only be claimed once the month closes or publisher has earned $500 or more in that month. Daily caps will be set on the CPC ad appropriate with the level of the prize you are being awarded. (ie the value/the number of days) These CPC ads are for Us, Uk, Ca, & Au by default & are repeatable once every 7 days. (please specify if you want other countries included & if you do not want the view repeatable). Operation Offers is not responsible for making sure you contact us to get the free ad running. We may contact publishers to ask them what free ad they want, but it is not guaranteed that we will do this. Free advertising may take up to 72 hours to be added to our network once we are given the information. The link provided must be i-frame compatible & we use a captcha to prevent bots. This is not a guarantee of signups to your site. However, your ad will run until the value is exhausted, so you are guaranteed a certain number of clicks, so you want to optimize your landing page to best capture the registrations. It is probably not best to give us a link to a registration form or a news page, as this provides little or no value to the users & does not generally convert to registrations, as the user is not shown anything that would make them want to register. Please contact your account manager and we can explain this in more detail.

This is just another way Operation Offers is helping as many people as possible. We are also looking for a few more publishers that would like to logo added to the T shirts we wear when we do local charity work in our community - as this can only help increase awareness for your brand. We are planning on uploading videos of this. We start on Monday at the local Loaves & Fishes. We also make meals at home and drive around to deliver them to homeless around town. (These meals only cost about $1 - $1.50 a person - so it is easy to help 20+ people out several times a month & it makes you feel great to know you can make a difference), So we can also get a few magnets put together & place those on our car when we go around town. We would need about 6 logos per magnet & can do 3 magnets, if anyone is interested - we would just divide the actual cost of the magnets up.

Cruise with us promotion.

4 day / 3 night cruise for 2 - tickets and taxes valued at $775
Cruise has No cash value and winner must arrange with Operation Offers by end of September to cruise with us. This Cruise will be booked with Carnival Cruises & will be taken in November or December of 2013 depending on what is mutually agreeable. This cruise is for a cruise to either the Caribbean or The Bahamas. This Cruise must leave from either New Orleans LA, Jacksonville FL, or Tampa FL ports. This cruise is for an interior Cabin only & for two tickets in the same cabin. If winner is unable to arrange to go on this cruise they will forfeit and the prize will be awarded to another winner.
