No Traffic on Facebook oCPM

I'm running Facebook Ads but I'm not having traffic.. I'm using oCPM model of advertisement.

Potential Audience: 340,000

Budget: 1500 USD

Country: France

Please can someone confirm me why it is happening?

I'm running ads since last 1 hour I guess. (It was paused before)

1.2 hours before receiving traffic is an average time on Facebook when starting a campaign.

BTW, is your budget $1,500 on a daily basis? or did you set a limited time range with all that budget?

I was testing it.. I really don't have this much money I decreased it to 100 later on.

100$ daily budget and what did you set as your price for CPM? If Facebook suggests between for ex 0,39 and 0,79 and you set it at say 0,22 you will not see any traffic until you raise your bid.

I have already written above that I am using oCPM!

Hmm I lost my account because of useless reasons. Facebook blocked my account because they thought my payment method is fraud. I mean what the fuck?

I am using certified Credit Card then also fraud in payments?

Duplicate the same ad a few times, one of them will run then pause rest it happens to
