new to the game but ready to play hard!

I'm new here so I wanted to introduce myself. So far reading some post I can tell this is an open and freindly community of enthusiastic go getters!

I'm really excited to be engage and learn. So I'm going going to get straight into my game plan here and ask for some quick feedback.

My goals
-master mobile marketing
-make money
-learn fast
-have fun

Roadblocks
-low budget
-no experience

My question
-does anyone have experience tasrgeting kindle devices?
-which ad network offers targeting to those devices?
-besides the affiliate model, has anyone had success running mobile ads to promote their own product?
