I'm in talk with a big guy for setting up a Facebook Ad exchange integrated DSP, and plan to launch it soon.
It will have features like
1. Retargeting, Facebook, Mobile or regular display campaigns.
2. Low Deposit Amounts for new Advertisers min $200
3. Launching Web/Mobile or both
3. City Level granular targetting.
4. Transparency in targetting apps and web sites.
