need some suggestion about PPV traffic

hi,
I'm enjoying with PPV traffic. I finding some good source for PPV traffic.I run some campaign with popads but I want to find network that I can target only mobile traffic, I'm trying with mobicow, but seem they don't have a lot traffic tier 2-3.

I have seen zeropark and like their interface , but they have too many method and I don't know clearly about that, hope some one give me some review or guilde for working there (maybe link to review topic ) ?

And please suggest any ppv network that you think it's good.

just go with Popads but don't stay in one GEO and with PPV try to go aggressive as much as you can of course you have to ask your affiliate manager first .

Yep, Thomas is right, ad maven in your case is one of the best solutions.
