I'm looking for a Link Rotator script which can be
- customized to desired domain, output link also customized to my domain appended with unique identifiable parameter
- has weightage control, can edit/add/delete bundled links without changing the final link
- tracking traffic (optional)
- simple interface
- hosted on my server
