Need help to scale the IVR campaign.

I am currently running an IVR offer on Adsterra Push Traffic. I am targeting GH. Currently, I am getting 2~3 conversions daily. I would like to scale it.

Need some tip to scale this campaign.

GH is probably too small to 'scale' --expand the GEO area/region
